Symposium Materials
Speaker presentations will be provided on a USB drive to each attendee and will be made available prior to the symposium to print hard copies for the day of the event.

Cancellation Policy
Written cancellations received before August 22, 2014 will receive a full refund.  A fifty percent refund will be given for cancellations received between August 22 - August 29, 2014.  No refunds will be given after August 29, 2014 for any reason, including "no-shows."  Substitutes are welcome.
