Prescription Drug Program
PBGH's Prescription Drug Program offers members the opportunity to purchase
prescription drug benefits in a carved-out, self-insured arrangement with
PBGH coalition discounts, along with additional value-added benefits.
Key components of the program include:
- Company-specific benefit designs;
- Aggressive, volume-driven financials;
- Best-in-class service;
- Defined company-specific and coalition performance
guarantees;
- Networking opportunities for participating members;
- Participation in the LivingMyLife
program for diabetes; and
- PBGH-paid annual audit on effectiveness and competitiveness
of the program.
In addition, regular User-Group Meetings are held
to review the status of the program, analyze trends and impacts of various
plan designs and keep members ahead of the curve in the prescription drug
arena. PBGH also provides program oversight and management through monthly
coalition account meetings.
