Recognizing employers’ goal to provide high-value health and benefit options, the Pittsburgh health Strategy Project offers employer members support in identifying and analyzing internal and external summary data to develop company-specific strategies to improve employee health, promote wellness and better manage overall health care costs.
Through evaluation, measurement, analysis and informed decision-making, the project brings tools, resources and technical support for the development of a robust, strategic and comprehensive corporate health strategy.
Employer-specific reports highlight areas of opportunity for specific decision-making. Participating in an employer collaborative through PBGH and with four other employer coalitions, PBGH members join over 55 employers to learn best practices and innovative ideas for engaging employees, communication messages, developing sophisticated health benefit strategies and impacting cost trend.
